We offer 2 days hassle-free returns & exchange from the date of delivery.
We also offer reverse pick-up services. A reverse shipment fee of INR 100 will be applicable at the time of refund per order. Returns/Exchange are not applicable on sale/offers like Clearance sale.
Exchanges with other products are also allowed, subject to item availability. If the requested exchange item is out of stock, we will issue store credit or a gift card for the unavailable item.
Pick-up will be attempted twice, If both attempts fail, you’ll have to self-ship the product to the company address and share the tracking details within 2-3 days. Reverse Pick Up is subject to the availability of the service in your area pin code.
Payments made with the COD option will receive store credit/coupon code/gift card, which can be used within 1 year.
For prepaid orders, you’ll be eligible for refunds to your source bank account, if the order amount exceeds 2799, else you’ll be issued a store credit / gift card.
Within 3 days of receiving the product(s) by company, the product amount- (minus) all discount -(minus) INR 100 (in lieu of reverse courier charges) will be issued through above mentioned mode. Shipping Charges/COD charges are Non-Refundable.
For each order, customers may choose either an exchange or a refund once. Multiple requests for the same order will not be entertained.
Kindly allow 5-7 Bank days for the amount to be shown in your bank account. PLEASE NOTE: REFUND / BANK TRANSFER ARE ONLY APPLICABLE FOR PREPAID ORDERS / ONLINE PAYMENTS MADE ON OUR WEBSITE.
For a return request to be accepted, all returned items must be unused, unwashed, and should have their original tags, stickers, and packaging intact.
IMPORTANT: Please note that if the security seal or brand tag attached to the garment is broken, tampered with, or removed, the product will NOT be eligible for return or exchange under any circumstances.
Upon return of the product, we will fully examine it and notify the customer of their right to a refund (if any) via e-mail within a reasonable period of time.

All pending queries will be solved on priority the next day. You will need to provide details and evidence for the issues you are facing with the product.
Cancellations will only be possible if and till the order has not been dispatched from our warehouse.
Products marked “Only Exchange Allowed” are not eligible for returns. If a customer chooses to exchange only product for another item(s) of lower value, the price difference will be refunded as store credit, applicable to both prepaid and Cash on Delivery (COD) orders.
In case of different items received/ missing items/ damaged items, opening video is mandatory and such cases should be raised to the customer support team within 24 hours of delivery. Beyond 24 hours, such queries will not be entertained.

SELF-SHIPPING OF ORDERS FOR RETURN :
In case your pincode is non-serviceable for a reverse pick up, you’ll have to courier the product(s) to the following address and pay for the same: 1/11,Balaji Dham,Kisan Nagar -1,Near shivner chowk,Wagle Estate ,Thane-400604.
Please ensure the items are packed securely to prevent any loss or damage during transit and the ORDER ID and registered mobile number are mentioned on the packaging. All items must be in unused condition with all original tags attached and packaging intact. The maximum amount we will reimburse for courier charges as store credit/coupon code is INR 100; in case your order is eligible for reimbursement of shipping charges.
NOTE: We recommend using ‘Speed Post’ as your courier service. Speed Post is a Government of India-owned entity and has the most widely distributed postal network in India. Please make sure your courier costs do not exceed the amount mentioned above.
